Our Services
Three services, one standard
of care
Each service level is described in full — so you can choose with confidence before we even meet.
← Back to HomeOur Approach
Every service begins the same way
Before work begins on any watch, we carry out an assessment. We look at the movement's condition, note the state of the case and crystal, and determine what the watch actually needs — rather than assuming it fits neatly into a category.
If the work required falls within the service you have enquired about, we proceed with your confirmation. If it falls outside — or if we discover something unexpected during disassembly — we stop, contact you, and agree on the path forward before continuing.
This approach takes longer than simply working through a queue. We believe it leads to better outcomes and fewer misunderstandings, which is why we have kept to it since the workshop opened.
Assessment first
The watch is examined and photographed before any decision is taken on service level or scope.
Agreement before action
Work begins only when the service scope and starting price are agreed. Additional work requires separate agreement.
Verified before collection
Every watch is timing-tested before notification. We only call when the work is genuinely complete.
Service 01
Light Service & Adjustment
฿4,400
A gentle tune-up for watches that run reasonably well but could use some attention. This service suits a watch returning to regular wear after a period of storage, or one that is keeping time well enough but showing minor signs of needing care — a stiff crown, a bracelet that needs adjustment, a crystal with light marks.
Included in this service
Timeline
Approximately one week from assessment agreement to collection notification.
Best suited for
Watches that run and keep reasonable time, but would benefit from some attention before returning to daily wear.
Service 02
Movement Service
฿9,300
Most CommonA complete service for movements that have become unreliable, noticeably off-time, or simply haven't been serviced within the recommended period (typically five to seven years for a mechanical movement). Everything is disassembled, cleaned, re-oiled, and reassembled, with the balance and mainspring reviewed and renewed where needed.
Included in this service
Timeline
Approximately three weeks from assessment agreement to collection notification.
Best suited for
Well-loved daily watches, pieces returned from storage, watches running inconsistently or significantly off-time.
Service 03
Sentimental Restoration
฿14,500
A careful, end-to-end restoration for watches that carry genuine meaning — a family heirloom, a gift from a person no longer here, a piece from an era that matters to you. The movement is fully overhauled, and the case and dial are restored in keeping with the watch's original appearance. Photographs are taken at each stage and shared with you, and we discuss every choice before acting on it.
Included in this service
Timeline
Five to eight weeks depending on the scope of cosmetic work and parts availability.
Best suited for
Watches of personal significance — family heirlooms, vintage pieces, or any watch where the owner wants the process to be as considered as the result.

Across All Services
Standards that apply regardless of service level
Intake Photography
Every watch is photographed on arrival. Condition noted and recorded before any tool is touched.
Secure Individual Storage
Watches are stored in individually labelled, locked trays while in the workshop. Nothing is left unaccounted for.
Agreement Before Proceeding
If anything changes during service — parts needed, unexpected findings — work stops until the owner has agreed to continue.
Correct Lubricants
Each component type receives the grade of lubricant it requires. A single oil for all parts is not how we work.
Itemised on Completion
A written summary of work carried out accompanies every completed service. No surprises on the invoice.
English and Thai
All communication is available in both languages. International customers and local owners receive the same quality of explanation.
